Principles of personal data processing

according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "the Act")

Dear interested parties in our services,

in order to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations, we need your personal data. The security of your personal data and their processing in a legal manner is of primary importance to us, and therefore we inform you about the basic principles of processing your personal data. The operator: Consultare Digital Vero s.r.l., Minicipiul Oradea, Strada PLEVNEI, Nr.12, Ap.6, Judet Bihor, code 8083019 (hereinafter referred to as "the operator"), in accordance with the Regulation and the Law, has ensured the protection of the processing of your personal data in accordance with the following basic principles of personal data processing.

The affected person is:

a natural person whose personal data is processed by the operator when providing a service and/or concluding a contract for the provision of accounting services and/or a contract for the provision of electronic content (hereinafter referred to as the "contract") in which he expressed interest for the benefit of himself or other persons and/or gives the operator consent to use her personal data for marketing purposes.

Personal data are:

a) processed by the operator Consultare Digital Vero s.r.l., Minicipiul Oradea, Strada PLEVNEI, Nr.12, Ap.6, Judet Bihor, code 8083019

b) processed in a legal manner, fairly and transparently in relation to the person concerned ("legality, fairness and transparency");

c) obtained for specifically determined, explicitly stated and legitimate purposes and are not further processed in a way that is not compatible with these purposes; the purposes of processing the provided data are:

i. order processing, conclusion of the contract, fulfillment of rights and obligations arising from the contract and from generally binding legal regulations, changes to the contract, termination of the contract,

ii. invoicing, receiving and recording payments, recording, application, collection and processing of receivables,

iii. providing customer care, including handling complaints and complaints and answering the customer's questions,

iv. storage and provision of personal data to law enforcement authorities and other authorized authorities in accordance with the relevant provisions of generally binding legal regulations,

in. marketing, i.e. j. offering or promoting the Seller's products and services, including sending information and informational materials about organized actions, campaigns, products and other activities implemented mainly to support sales,

further processing for the purposes of archiving in the public interest, for the purposes of scientific or historical research or statistical purposes, in accordance with Article 89 par. 1 The Regulation does not consider it incompatible with the original purposes ("restriction of purpose");

d) adequate, relevant and limited to the extent that is necessary in view of the purposes for which they are processed ("data minimization");

e) correct and updated as necessary; all necessary measures must be taken to ensure that personal data which are incorrect in terms of the purposes for which they are processed are promptly deleted or corrected ("accuracy");

f) stored in a form that allows the identification of the persons concerned for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed; personal data may be stored longer, as long as they are processed exclusively for the purposes of archiving in the public interest, for the purposes of scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes in accordance with Article 89 par. 1 Regulations, subject to the adoption of adequate technical and organizational measures required by the Regulation to protect the rights and freedoms of data subjects ("retention minimization");

g) processed in a way that guarantees adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage, through adequate technical or organizational measures;

  • There will be no automated decision-making or profiling when processing the personal data of the person concerned.
  • We have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of your personal data.
  • We process your personal data in paper form as well as in electronic form, without the possibility of their misuse.

The operator processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • Marketing purposes,
  • Use of cookies

Marketing purposes

In order to be able to provide you with information about the possibilities of using our services and goods, we process your personal data in the scope of: name, surname, place of residence, e-mail address, telephone number. We process your personal data for this purpose only if you give us your consent.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes at any time, without this affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent granted before its withdrawal, by informing the Operator at the e-mail address info@consultare.sk or at the address of the operator's registered office .

We do not provide your personal data to any third parties.

We store your personal data for marketing purposes until you revoke your consent to the processing and storage of personal data. If you withdraw your consent, your personal data will be deleted. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of personal data processing before its withdrawal.

Use of cookies

To create an offer according to your wishes, we use cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels, tags, etc. (so-called "cookies"). Cookies are small text files that enable user re-recognition and analysis of your use of our website.

Good storage of cookies

Most of the cookies we use are automatically deleted from your hard drive after the browser session ends (so-called temporary cookies or session cookies). Among other things, we also use cookies that remain on your hard drive even after the session ends ("persistent cookies"). Types of cookie files.

a) Necessary cookies (so-called technical cookies)

We use technical cookies for the purposes of the proper functioning of our website. Disabling these cookies may cause it to function incorrectly.

b) Use of cookies and external content for marketing/advertising (so-called marketing cookies).

We use cookies for marketing and promotional purposes so that, based on the analysis of user surfing behavior, we can draw conclusions about their interests and needs and can segment users with the same or similar interests and needs (target groups). Following this, advertising can be used in a targeted manner for users assigned to a specific target group (targeting).

The so-called Analytical cookies are used to monitor your behavior on our website and its subsequent evaluation, in order to improve and adapt the website to your needs.

The so-called functional cookies are used to remember user choices (for example, language preferences, login data) and to adapt the functions of the website to your needs.

We need your consent to use cookies. You can give us your consent before you start browsing our website. Failure to provide consent does not prevent the technical storage of data (so-called "technical cookies") or access to them, the sole purpose of which is to transmit or facilitate the transmission of a message via the network, or if it is absolutely necessary for the provision of our services.

The operator respects your decisions about accepting cookies. You can revoke the consent you give us at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing before the withdrawal of consent.

Learning about your rights

1. The operator allows you to inform you that it processes your personal data in accordance with the Regulation and the Law for the purpose of fulfilling its contractual and legal obligations, or for marketing purposes, if you have given the operator consent for this purpose.

2. In accordance with the Regulation, you have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data:

  • The right to access personal data – as a data subject whose personal data is processed by the operator, you have the right to know whether the operator is processing your personal data. If he processes your personal data, you have the right to ask him for access to this data. Based on your request, the operator will issue you a confirmation with information about the processing of your personal data and provide a copy of the personal data that it processes. For any additional copies requested by you as a data subject, the operator has the right to charge a reasonable fee corresponding to administrative costs.
  • The right to correct personal data – if the operator records incorrect personal data in its records, you have the right to ask it to correct personal data. At the same time, as a data subject, you also have the right to supplement any incomplete personal data. Based on your request, the operator will make the necessary correction or addition of personal data without unnecessary delay.
  • The right to delete personal data – in the case of personal data processing for marketing purposes, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without this affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent granted before its withdrawal. You, as a data subject, also have the right to delete personal data, provided that there is one of the following reasons:

a. personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were obtained or otherwise processed,

b. the consent on the basis of which the processing is carried out has been revoked,

c. you object to the processing of personal data based on a legitimate interest and there are no legitimate reasons for the processing or you object to the processing for the purposes of direct marketing based on a legitimate interest,

d. personal data were processed illegally,

e. the reason for erasure is the fulfillment of an obligation according to the law, a special regulation or an international treaty to which the Slovak Republic is bound,

f. personal data was obtained in connection with the offer of information society services addressed to a person under the age of 16.

  • The right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority – as a data subject, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic, which performs the function of a supervisory authority.
  • The right to limit processing – as a data subject, you have the right to request the operator to limit the processing of your personal data. If your request is granted, the operator will only store your personal data. The processing of your data will be restricted if you notify the operator that your personal data are incorrect, until the operator verifies their correctness; if the operator processes your personal data illegally, but you do not agree to their deletion and instead request that the operator only limit the processing of your personal data; the operator no longer needs your data, but you need it to prove, exercise or defend your rights; or if you object to the processing of your personal data on the legal basis of the operator's legitimate interest, until the operator verifies whether its legitimate interests outweigh your reasons for limiting processing.
  • The right to data portability – if it does not conflict with the contract and applicable laws, you have the right to request that the operator provide you with your personal data in electronic form, which will allow you to easily transfer the data to another company. You also have the right to ask the operator to transfer your personal data to the selected company directly.
  • The right to object - you have the right to object at any time for reasons related to a specific situation against the processing of personal data concerning you, which is carried out on the basis of Article 6 par. 1 letter e) (in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority) or f) (legitimate interest of the operator) Regulations, including objections to profiling based on the aforementioned provisions. The operator may not further process personal data, unless he proves the necessary legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the person concerned, or reasons for proving, exercising or defending legal claims.
